What we do

At AiS Nova Nexus we help companies in the telecom ecosystem to design, launch and develop connectivity initiatives with a business-oriented vision.

We work especially in three areas: MVNO consulting, sales outsourcing for vendors, and opportunities related to IoT connectivity.

MVNO Consulting

We accompany companies that want to launch, optimize or scale mobile virtual network operators and connectivity services. We participate in the definition of the business model, the value proposition, the partner structure and the commercial evolution of the project, always with a practical vision and aligned with the client's objectives.

We do not understand consulting as a theoretical exercise, but as a tool to make better-informed decisions around offer, positioning, viability and execution within the MVNO ecosystem.

Sales outsourcing

We support vendors, operators and technology companies in their commercial development within the telecom sector. This activity includes generating opportunities, opening relevant conversations, business development support and accompaniment in the construction of commercial relationships with real potential.

The proposal adapts to the point at which each company finds itself: from opening up the market and accelerating visibility to strengthening commercial presence in specific segments such as MNOs, MVNOs or technology partners.

IoT

In the IoT field, we work with proposals that start from connectivity and take it a step further. Always with the idea that all this translates into something understandable for customers and partners.

The emphasis is not only on the network, but on how connectivity, management and visibility capabilities are packaged into concrete value propositions, from connected asset projects to initiatives in sectors such as industry, mobility or digital services. Our role is to help these pieces fit into an offering that can be explained, sold, and operated.
